Nubia has been an absolute light and energetic force in my life over the past two years! I came to her to join in on her fitness classes in 2020 just looking to get healthier but ended up getting SO much more than I asked for. I started working with Nubia in January 2021 and my life was forever CHANGED! I explained to her that I wanted to find and fall back in love with myself but I just did know where to start! Well let me tell you, Nubia sprang right into ACT! She asked me questions that really made me have to look deep into myself to find out exactly what was holding me back and didn't let me evade them with the ever famous "I don't know?" She held me accountable and taught me how to hold myself accountable. Not only did she help me get back to myself, but she also gave me guidance to a happier, healthier ME! I met Nubia almost 3 years ago. I cannot tell you how much I gained.
